The services that i offer from my workshop, i consider to be quite varied, any thing from a door liner to fit a specific width or height requirement , all the way up to elaborate stair cases, complete with fancy turned spindles and newel posts. From large garden sheds and summer houses, right the way down to a small bowl or goblet as a gift for someone special....... Providing it is feasable to manufacture, i can be done, if it is not feasable, than a solution to the problem can usually be found! So why not take a look at what i can offer ...............
Services in more detail:
Basic Joinery: The "basic joinery" side of my company, allows me to manufacture what i term "EVERYDAY" items , which include, doors, door liners, door frames, windows, and standard profile (shapes) of items such as skirting boards, architrave or even timber Coving Even garden gates, tounge and grove paneling and floor boards are covered by my "basic joinery" side. Along with LARGER items , such as garden sheds, (and i've made a few now!) to fit certain "non" standard base sizes...
Bespoke items:Bespoke items, are things such as stair cases, or replacement sections of timber to replace those damaged items, such as spindles, or newel posts: a length of moulded skirting or fancy architrave round a new doorway, that MUST match up to the existing with in the building! If you need a length of skirting or architrave, and it is of a profile (moulded shape) that is not a stocked item by the local wood yard or D.I.Y Store, then i have various tools/tooling that can produce you requirements, and if there is enough linear footage, or it is a profile that you use often, then a specific cutter can be produced to suit! (at a small cost!)
Turnery:Should you require any thing that is produced via a timber lathe, then it can usually be turned to suit your requirements; from bowls to platters, spindles to newel posts, vases to orniments... Be it a replacement component or a gift for "That" some one special i can usually .... Exotic timbers, with pronounced grain patterns and colours, or even a mix of timbers can be used, to allow me to turn items to your exact requirements:
